Joseph Engineering is a local family owned and operated business since 2005. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. We are a versatile backhoe and grading contractor specializing in equipment operation, grading, excavation, main line and lateral utilities.

JE has a reputation in our community as a dependable and efficient contractor and has built an excellent rapport with Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County clients, contractors and vendors. JE is able to perform a variety of large complex projects to small straight forward jobs, while offering competitive prices, efficient services and professional staff to all its customers.
