Founded on hard work, honesty, and a commitment to doing things right the first time, JE brings over 25 years of experience to every project we touch.

Joseph Engineering was founded by Brian Joseph and his wife Chrystal, combining their strengths to build a company grounded in integrity and hard work. Brian leads the company's field operations and technical direction, drawing on decades of hands-on underground construction experience.

From his time working for other companies, Brian witnessed how industry shortcuts in underground work could create costly challenges for clients and communities in the future — a lesson that shaped JE's unwavering commitment to quality. That commitment is reflected in the craftsmanship, precision, and pride we bring to every bore, every trench, and every restoration.

Equally important is our dedication to safety. As a minority-owned business rooted in our local community, we understand the responsibility that comes with working around people, utilities, and essential infrastructure.
